About Me

I am widely experienced in many areas where counselling can help such as anxiety, communication, OCD, stress, bereavement, self-harm and peri/post-natal and therefore happy to work with issues of any nature.

I specialise in Relationship problems/communication..Couples, Anxiety/Stress, Personality disorders and Family therapy.

I qualified at Lancaster University in Person-Centred therapy and went on to qualify in Transactional Analysis psychotherapy. Recently I have become an Integrative Supervisor at Liverpool Centre for PD.

I offer Integrative Supervision for counselling, psychotherapy and all aspects of care work.

I work for Mind in Ulverston, the Furness MS society and also Safa Cumbria who specialise in self-harm and eating disorders. I also have my own private practice in Ulverston.

I am a member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psycotherapy.

I work to the BACP code of ethics and counselling practices set down by the ethical framework and within current child protection legislation.
